• The tool does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The tool does not contain malware, spyware, or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion and without notice.

6. Reviews

By submitting a review you grant Softedin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display and use that review on the platform. You confirm the review reflects your genuine experience and is not submitted in exchange for payment or other incentives. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or our community standards.

7. Featuring & Paid Placements

Advertisers may purchase featured placements and sponsored listings through our advertiser portal. By purchasing a plan:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
• Featuring periods are fixed-duration and non-refundable once the listing goes live, unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to remove any featured listing that violates these Terms without refund.

8. Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter you consent to receive periodic emails from Softedin. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Softedin — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Softedin and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Tool names, logos, and trademarks displayed in listings remain the property of their respective owners.
